HP / Poly EM50

The EM50 is an expansion module designed to attach to the Poly/Polycom VVX 450 (and select compatible models) IP desk phone. It turns the phone into a high-performance attendant console with additional buttons, display, and line monitoring capability.

Key Features

• 5-inch color LCD display at 480 × 800 resolution, giving a clear and intuitive visual interface. 

• 30 multifunction programmable line keys per module (each key supporting functions like line registration, call appearance, speed dial, DSS, BLF) with dual-color (red/green) LEDs to signal status. 

• The module supports 3 pages of those 30 keys (i.e., up to 90 programmable “buttons” when using 3 pages) on a single module, or you can attach two modules to one host phone for even more keys.

• Power is drawn through the host phone (USB link) — no separate power supply is required. 

• Designed for high-volume/advanced call handling workflows: receptionists, administrators, call-centers, or “power users” managing multiple lines.
